Positive: Everything was as advertised. The rooms were clean and all basic hotel equipment was available.
Negative: It's subjective, but the bed was uncomfotable at least for me. The TV was a real budget one. My room key seemed not to work so I had to use the code-lock every time. Only street parking. It's a bit awkward that the windows face the pool so people can watch you swimming but exhibitionist type of persons might actually enjoy it. :D
Summary: Maybe a bit pricey for such a basic comfort but still pleasant
